Before the class, please consider the following to ensure best experience:

• Limit caffeine on that day (avoid consuming alcohol, any plant medicine for at least 24 hours prior)
• A light breakfast 2-3 hours befor class
• Bring yoga mat and water
• Wear comfortable clothing (ideally white and beige tones)
