Program prinaša raznolik prerez 20. stoletja: od Coplandove Apalaške pomladi in Barberjevega klavirskega koncerta do Bachovih odmevov v Mutacijah ter francoskega in sovjetskega jazzovskega leska. Na odru bo prvič na Ljubljana Festivalu nastopila pianistka Yuja Wang, znana po tehnični briljanci, interpretativni drznosti in izraziti odrski prezenci. Koncert vodi Teddy Abrams, glasbeni direktor Orkestra iz Louisvilla in skladatelj, ki je za Yujo Wang ustvaril tudi nagrajeni klavirski koncert.
