Celebrate autumn’s wild abundance and the quiet magic of fungi as we gather at the Wild IS Earth Kombucha Microbrewery — Wild, Fermented & Fungi Events Space for an evening where kombucha, wild food, and creativity intertwine.

What to Expect
Join Livia Palmiero of Wild IS Earth and alkaline chef Elsa Calderon of Electric Plant Kitchen for a tasting-led evening inside a working microbrewery.
Upstairs — Guided Kombucha Tastings
On the mezzanine above the brewery, sample a guided flight of small-batch kombuchas brewed on site as Livia shares the WISE method and nature-led philosophy.
Each 45-minute session is intimate and flavour-first — a gentle introduction to the Wild IS Earth ethos: curious, crafted, and rooted in slower culture.
Downstairs — Aperitivo Bar & Wild Autumn Bites
Afterwards, head downstairs — your ticket also includes a cocktail from a range mixed exclusively for the evening.
Explore the likes of:
- Beet Negroni – Campari, gin, Cocchi vermouth, WISE Tarty Rosehip & Hibiscus Kombucha, beetroot & blood orange
- FireRye Mule – Wild Turkey whiskey, Calabrese chilli syrup, WISE Fiery Lemon & Gingered Turmeric Kombucha
- Fungi Chinotto Martini – house chinotto, seven-medicinal-mushroom blend, Exhale coffee, rosemary-vanilla syrup, vodka
Paired with Wild Bites — playful, wild, alkaline, plant-based eats in the spirit of Italian–Spanish aperitivo and British seasonality.
Think:
• Porcini & truffle croquetas with wild ramson tahini aioli
• Pulled honey fungus & dandelion empanadillas with rosehip-spiced salsa
• Mini apple-pear, mulberry & hazelnut crumble cakes with hogweed seed hemp custard
