But many feel the call to go deeper.
Kundalini Yoga Immersion is a monthly weekend series designed for dedicated students who want to master the practice, study its wisdom, and embody its transformative power—without the pressure or demand of a teacher training.
This series functions like a mini-retreat, creating space to step out of the mind and fully into the experience of Kundalini Yoga. Through extended practice, discussion, meditation, breathwork, mantra, and sound, students are guided toward greater self-awareness, energetic balance, and inner authority.
Over the course of the series, we explore the 10 Bodies—the foundational framework of Kundalini Yoga that reveals how we think, feel, act, and relate to ourselves and the world. Each weekend offers a focused immersion, allowing students to build consistency, confidence, and clarity in their personal practice.
Come for one weekend, or commit to the full journey and practice alongside a consistent community. This is an invitation to slow down, refine your discipline, and cultivate true self mastery—on and off the mat.
For those on the path toward becoming a teacher, these weekend retreats may also be applied toward qualifying teaching hours, offering meaningful support and preparation for future Kundalini Yoga teacher training.
No teaching aspirations required.
