Welcome to the first Kiz Fusion Workshop of summer 2026!

In this 2-hour workshop, we will start by reviewing important basics, with focus on frame, posture and weight change. These elements are essential both for newer dancers and more experienced dancers.
We will then explore shadow position, including:
✨ Several ways to enter shadow position
✨ What to do while dancing in shadow position
✨ Different ways to return back to face-to-face position
This workshop is designed especially for newer dancers, but repetition is key — and learning how to vary your way in and out of shadow position is useful for dancers at all levels.

🚪 450 NOK at the door
Instructor:
Kiyoshi has danced Kizomba since 2016 and UrbanKiz since 2017. He has completed teacher training in both Kizomba and UrbanKiz and now teaches Kiz Fusion regularly.
His dancing style is playful, creative and full of surprises, often bringing fun and fancy footwork into the dance.
