Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche was invited to be part of the Yoga Expo which is taking place from 20 to 21 June 2026. On 20 June, Rinpoche will give a workshop on "Lu Jong – Tibetan Healing Yoga" and on 21 June a lecture on "The Power of Change", followed by 'Closing Meditation' at the end of the program.
Lu Jong – Tibetan Healing Yoga | Workshop:
In this workshop, you will be introduced to Lu Jong, an ancient Tibetan practice of movement that translates to "body training" or "transformation". Through breathing, specific postures, and movements, we train the subtle body channels and enhance our awareness.
Lu Jong, also known as Tibetan Healing Yoga, not only promotes physical health but also aids in achieving mental calmness, focus, and joy. The exercises are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or background, and they nurture both body and mind.
This workshop provides a practical introduction to this ancient knowledge and invites you to incorporate the healing power of Lu Jong into your daily life.
The Power of Change | Lecture:
“When you change, others change. Therefore, your change will automatically benefit others.”

Change is a natural force that requires no action. It's already there by itself. Change can give us the strength to look at things differently and create a new life.
In this lecture, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will show us the many possibilities and the power of change; and how change always starts from within.
Closing Meditation:
As a celebration of the UN's International Yoga Day, Rinpoche will guide us in a meditation.
