DEALING WITH DIFFICULTIES: THE BUDDHIST WAY
6- week series - February 24 - March 31
Life presents us with many difficulties—external problems, painful emotions, and inner conflict. Difficulties arise not from external conditions, but from our own mind and how we view situations around us. In this course, we’ll explore how Buddhist teachings offer practical methods to transform adversity and deepen our experience of inner peace.
In this 6-week series of classes, we will learn through Buddhist teachings on the mind where our painful feelings come from. Through training the mind, can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive and deepen our practice of patience. In this way we can train so we experience a peaceful and happy mind in all situations.

$15 a class. $48 4-class pass (series pass).
Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.
