Through intention setting, guided meditation, mirror work, partner exercises, and healing circle connection, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and stepping more fully into your authentic expression.
Throughout the day we will explore embodiment practices, gentle activations, and the healing vibrations of sound bowls to help you relax, open, and realign with your natural state of wholeness.
This is a space for women to gather in authenticity, compassion, and sisterhood — to remember their worth, reclaim their power, and rise together.
