Kids Night Out

This special event offers three hours of engaging activities led by Mia Trotchie, our Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa Flow instructor. Mia is a certified yoga teacher with extensive experience in early education and youth programs. Energetic, fun, and caring, she creates a safe, inclusive, and interactive environment where keiki can stretch, play, and get creative together.

Time: 5:30–8:30 PM

Location: Yoga & Art studio (Located in Koko Marina Center, Hawaii Kai on the 2nd Floor of the Center Pavilion by the boat docks)

Ages: 7–11

1) Keiki are required to bring their own bento for dinner.

2) Eco-Friendly Studio: Our main activity room is naturally ventilated and has no AC, so please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and play.

• 5:45–6:15 PM: Mindfulness & Yoga Stretching Introduction
• 6:15–6:45 PM: Thanksgiving-Themed Fun Games
• 455–7:15 PM: Dinner Time (please bring their own dinner bento)
• 7:15–7:55 PM: Creative Craft Stations
• 7:55–8:15 PM: Closing Meditation to settle in for bedtime
• 8:15–8:30 PM: Clean-Up & Pick-Up
