Kids’ Fruit & Candy Sushi Rolling celebrates our third stop on the Summer Reading journey - Asia Week! In this hands‑on class, young chefs will learn about traditional sushi styles and ingredients, then use that inspiration to roll their own sweet versions using fruit, candy, and other kid‑friendly treats. It’s a fun way to explore food culture while getting creative in the kitchen!Kids can enjoy their candy sushi right away or take it home to share. Space is limited, so be sure to register for one of three available time slots ASAP!
