Join Ana Marie Yoga in a Kids + Family Yoga session at CWCM. Experience a fun adventure on your yoga mat and explore movement linked with breath and imaginative play! Class includes 20 minutes of yoga followed by a read-aloud story. Each participating child will receive a yoga-themed coloring sheet to take home. Parents and/or caregivers are encouraged to join along.
Free program with membership or paid daily admission rate.
Bring your own yoga mat or use one provided. CWCM mats are first come first serve, limited to the first 10 individuals.
