This course provides comprehensive training in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles for food industry professionals. Participants will learn how to conduct hazard analyses, identify critical control points, establish monitoring procedures, and develop verification and recordkeeping systems. Students will leave with the knowledge and tools to build, implement, and maintain a compliant HACCP plan.
