Join Reiki Master-Teacher and PMHNP Renee Gullickson, along with Nicki Allgood, author of the Chakra Inspired Tales children’s book series, for a fun and engaging workshop that introduces kids to the world of chakras!In this hands-on experience, children and parents will explore:
Gentle yoga and meditation practices to help them feel calm and connected.
Chakra basics – what they are and how to keep them balanced.
How to use a pendulum to check for chakra blocks.
Easy tools and practices to clear blocks and bring in positive energy.
Grounding and energy protection exercises for both kids and parents to use every day.
The workshop will end with a reading by Nicki Allgood from her Chakra Inspired Tales series. Snacks will be provided, and we will have helpers on hand and activities available for little ones who may get restless during the workshop.
Please join us and give your child the gift of balance, self-awareness, and calm energy in a supportive and fun environment.
Children must be ages 5 & up to attend, please.
We do ask that your child(ren) has a parent or guardian with them for the duration of the workshop, as there are many exercises that will include both parties. Thank you for your understanding.
