Join us for a transformative experience in our unique Yin & Pin class, where the calming practice of Yin Yoga meets the healing art of acupuncture. Led by Lucy Marsh of Deep Roots Acupuncture & Erica Miller of inSpirit healing arts & yoga. This two-hour session is designed to help you relax deeply, release tension, and restore balance to your mind and body.
