KickStart Class

KickStart is a free two-hour class designed to teach you how to quit tobacco and nicotine. The class is open to anyone who smokes, chews, or vapes - including teens. Your instructor, smokes, chews, or vapes - including teens. Your instructor, a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, is a long-time smoker who quit years ago; she gets you!

The class is held in First District's South building, at the same address as the main building and a little further from the street. Class starts right at 6:30, so please plan to check in at 6:20; earlier if you plan to register at the door. Support persons are encouraged to attend.
