Join us for an all-levels, 45 minute interval workout that is a combination of strength and cardio movements. The instructor will use various equipment including resistance bands, weighted balls, and empty kegs.
The class will be held outside the Golden Mill, in the parking lot facing north. All participants must sign waiver to participate.
