What is the Kauwhata Marae 100 CLUB?It is our monthly fundraising initiative where participants select a number and contribute a one-off payment of $20 to support Kauwhata Marae.
All money raised goes directly to our Oranga Marae Fund, helping sustain and grow our marae for future generations.
How does it work?
Choose a Number: Pick a number you'd like to hold.
Make a Payment: Pay a one-time fee of $20 for the month.
Select a Duration:
1 Month: Your number will be listed with just your name.
3 Months: Highlighted in blue.
6 Months: Highlighted in yellow.
12 Months: Highlighted in red.

Due Date: Payments must be made by the 25th of each month
Missed Payments:
If you miss more than 3 consecutive months, your number becomes available for others to claim.
During this stand-down period, anyone can take over that number for as long as they like.
Monthly Prizes:
Drawn at the Feilding Police Station under police supervision.
1st Prize: $300
2nd Prize: $100
3rd Prize: $100
When is it drawn:
It will be drawn monthly with each month being drawn in the first week of the following Month.
What will the money raised be used for?
The Oranga Marae Fund. This fund is dedicated to the revitalisation of our marae and is held in a separate account. We have hui planned to provide further clarity on this kaupapa and the projects within this space. We thank the iwi for their input in shaping this.
So it won’t be going to the day-to-day running costs?
Kāo. However, if you would like to contribute to the day-to-day running costs of the marae, we have the Gold Coin initiative. This is simply a weekly koha of a gold coin. Please let us know if you’d like to start contributing, as the account is different.
