Breathwork is an ancient technique used for healing & expansion to bridge the gap between your human self & higher self.
Alternate states of awareness are created, where waves of emotion, thought or somatic sensation are able to roll through and release with the breath.
BreathWav not only works with somatic intelligence, but nervous system attunement, working with the denser and more subtle layers of the body to raise & uplift.
Breathwork may cause the release of
DMT (Spirit Molecule) it is an alchemy with brainwaves and cerebrospinal fluid. Gamma brainwaves are associated with states of deep meditation, heightened awareness, and higher brain functions.
Breathwork and other deeply meditative practices activate gamma waves and there is a correlation between gamma waves and DMT release, with one seeming to stimulate the other.
Breathwork experiences and benefits so often parallel those of DMT and other psychedelic plant-medicines, DMT is produced naturally in the brain, and is released during Breathwork.

A breathwork journey is unique to each person and and the results are profound.

• Doors will open at 11AM and you will have a few moments to get grounded and set up for your 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙫 experience.
• We will open up with an introduction to this 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙫 technique and prepare to start the Breathwork Medicine Journey.
• You will then be guided through a 90 minute experience recieving healing & expansion bridging the gap between your human self & higher self.
• Your only job is to be open minded, relax, and let your breath guide you on this medicine journey be open to receive any healing or guidance that comes up throughout the journey.
• We will close of with an intergration circle finishing up at 2.00PM leaving light grounded and open and with feelings one oneness connected to the universe.
𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.
It is crucial that you inform your breathwork practitioner if any of the following conditions are relevant to you:
• Pregnancy (at any stage)
• Severe PTSD or trauma

• Currently using recreational drugs
• Recent surgery
• Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety,anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
•Detached Retina
•Glaucoma
•Kidney disease
•High Blood Pressure
•Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
•Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
•Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
•Diabetes
•Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session.
• Epilepsy
• History of Seizures
• Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
•Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release.

What can I expect?
There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed.
