Katikati Bike Series 2026 - 28 Feb
Katch Katikati, together with the Katikati Trails Group and Waitekohekohe, is excited to bring two cycling events to Katikati as part of National Bike Month. These events are designed to celebrate our local environment, encourage active lifestyles, and showcase the ongoing work to improve and expand trails in our region.
28 February - The second event takes riders into the beautiful Waitekohekohe Reserve. Tracks will be stay open to the public which are open exclusively for cycling, providing a unique opportunity to explore the reserve on two wheels. This event encourage health and wellbeing, showcases Waitekohekohe Reserve, while also giving the community a closer connection to the stunning Kaimai Mamaku ranges. (first event is on the 21st Feb - see over event)

Kids Loop - 10:15am set-off
Everyone can do this together and also serves as a warm up for the experienced guided track
Experienced Riders - 10:40am set-off
Technical track to the summit guided
