Katikati Bike Series 2026 - 21 Feb
Katch Katikati, together with the Katikati Trails Group and Waitekohekohe, is excited to bring two cycling events to Katikati as part of National Bike Month. These events are designed to celebrate our local environment, encourage active lifestyles, and showcase the ongoing work to improve and expand trails in our region.
FAMILY BIKE RIDE - Family-Friendly in Katikati Township
21 February - The first event will be a 4km and 14km, family-friendly ride through Katikati urban. This ride highlights the local pathways, already available and demonstrates safe and enjoyable routes parents can use with their children in the future. It’s about making cycling accessible and fun while encouraging families to spend more time outdoors together. Second event is 28 Feb up at the beautiful Waitekohekohe Reserve.
