Welcome to the Saario Academy Defendo level 1, Hard Target -instructor course!

Every day from 9:00 to 16:00
🥋 Leading Instructor:
Tomasz Maczuga, Defendo 5th Degree Black Belt
🧐 Who is this course for?
- The course is intended for persons who wish to embark on an instructor path and lead beginner groups
- Instructors who want to refresh their Hard Target skills
📋 Requirements:
- Strong martial arts background
- Recommendation for the training from your own instructor
- Appropriate social skills
- No criminal record entries
- Personal approval from István is required for the training. Please send applications to István via email. Signing up on Facebook is not sufficient.
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Independently conduct Defendo level 1 training
- Prepare students for exams and continued development
- Progress towards Defendo level 2 instructor certification

- Personal protective gear
- Boxing gloves
- Official Saario Academy T-shirt
- Black training trousers or shorts
- Notes, pen
