About this Event

Marking 30 years of Maggie's, presents a new photographic commission by , capturing a selection of RIBA Award-winning Maggie's centres across the UK. Through these images, the exhibition explores how thoughtful design can create places of welcome, comfort and hope for people affected by cancer, welcoming visitors to 'just come in'.

At this event, hear from Dame Laura Lee DBE, Chief Executive of Maggie's, exhibition curator Kate Dooley, and photographer Tabitha Jussa, as they discuss the enduring relationship between architecture, care, and community, and the ambition behind the exhibition.

The exhibition continues until Sunday 29 November 2026.

Event format

• There will be a drinks reception from 6.30pm
• The exhibition curator, Kate Dooley, will give a short introduction at 7pm, followed by insights from Dame Laura Lee and Tabitha Jussa
• The reception will continue until 8.30pm.

• the event will be on the first floor, accessed via stairs or lift

• the preview is a standing drinks reception, but seating will be available if required
• a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available
