Just Add Water
About this Event
This round features Tom Truss with a lineup of Berkshire luminaries, including participants from his summer workshop Spontaneous Combustion, and more — an ensemble of actors and movers ready to create on the spot.
Guided by Tom Truss, the evening invites the audience to toss in their ideas, prompts, and inspiration, transforming them into moments of wacky, heart-centered, and unpredictable live art.
Just Add Water premiered last year to wide eyes, laughter and surprise tenderness. The format blends the spirit of improvisation with the artistry of seasoned performers, resulting in a one-of-a-kind evening that’s equal parts play, poetry, and human connection.
Come stir the pot, shout out a suggestion, and witness what happens when creativity meets courage — no script, no safety net, just imagination in motion.

Our events are tiered through a three ticket system labelled Community, General Admission, and Pay-It-Forward to provide a more equitable and accessible balance to attendees.
All of these ticketing tiers offer the same general admission seating experience while also giving us the ability to offer a small batch of “Community” tickets at a lower tier to those in the community that do not have the funds to comfortably meet our General Admission price.
“Community” tickets can be claimed without proof of need, and we trust that those that need the offering will use it. The “Pay-It-Forward” tier is for those in the community that have the funds to purchase a ticket that helps to subsidize the community ticket category for each event.
