Junk Journal Jam

Have you been craving a creative reset or a space to just make something with your hands again?

Get ready to dive into a super fun in-person community event where creativity meets chaos, Junk Journal Jam! Inspired by my own “Sisterhood of the Traveling Journal” journey, this gathering transforms scraps, paper, and everyday bits into one-of-a-kind journal pages.

This is a free-flowing, drop-in experience where you can arrive when you can, work at your own pace, and leave whenever you need. It is recommended to arrive by 1:00pm as the event will conclude at 2:00pm. There is no agenda, just space to create, connect, and allow creativity to flow naturally.

Bring your journal or notebook, along with any materials you’d like to collage with old papers, magazines, newspaper, wrappers, or found textures. This is also a beautiful opportunity for sustainability and sharing, as you’re welcome to swap materials with others in the space. Feel free to bring snacks and/beverage to share.

Whether you’re a seasoned journaler or just curious, this is a relaxed, judgment-free space to play, explore, and connect with other women through creativity.
