New Moon Women’s Circle 🌑✨

In the Hills Studio
Join us under the quiet, potent energy of the New Moon for a sacred women’s circle devoted to intention, connection, and renewal. The New Moon invites us inward—a time to plant seeds, listen deeply, and align with what is ready to emerge.
Together, we will create a nurturing and creative space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Our time together will include:
🧘♀️ Gentle yoga to ease the body and settle the nervous system
🧘 A guided meditation to help you connect with your inner wisdom and set intentions
🤍 A sacred sharing circle where each voice is welcomed and honored
🌸 A creative hair adornment + photo experience using flowers, feathers, and natural elements—adorn yourself (or one another), create a living mandala, and capture beautiful images to take home as keepsakes
🎶 A closing sound bath to integrate, restore, and ground
🍓 Guests are invited to bring:
• Your favorite yoga mat
• A small snack to share if you feel called
• Any special adornments you’d like to incorporate (optional)
• An open heart and willingness to connect
✨ Suggested donation: $15 per person
✨ Space is limited to maintain a sacred and intimate container
