It’s a form of meditation that helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to get us out of fight or flight and into rest and digest. Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation, releasing physical tension and improving overall well-being. Yoga nidra also increases awareness and clarity. The practice can help to identify and release negative thought patterns, promoting a more positive and balanced mindset. Lastly we will transition into sound bath, which helps to quiet the mind and move into a state of deep relaxation.
