JULY 25TH - Quarterly Reset: Soil to Soul
Movement, breath, and nature come together during this gentle morning yoga practice led by Jane Peronteau. Surrounded by the fresh sights and smells of our Teaching Garden in midsummer, participants will use this mindful yoga session to ease into their day. Following the yoga, we'll refresh with a crisp beverage made fresh from the garden's organic ingredients. This experience is designed for adults seeking a quiet, nourishing reset—an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and start the day feeling rooted and restored.
This program is best suited for teens and adults.
