Chair Yoga
Expect to breathe, meditate, lengthen your muscles, ease and strengthen your joints, all from your chair! No getting up and down from the floor! Linda will build on the moves for you to notice improvement and allow you to continue at home through the holidays. No mats are necessary. Wear comfortable clothing!
Please bring two yoga blocks to class. Straps are provided. We have a few blocks to borrow for new yogis. Contact the library or Linda in inclement weather to ensure class is being held. We are always interested in feedback and class suggestions.
Chair Yoga is offered as a community service by the library; there is no charge to you.
