Joyful Pregnancy & Garbhasanskar WorkshopSep 22nd, 2024, Sunday. 9 - 10.30 am.
This session is designed for Pregnant women, expectant couples, and couples planning a pregnancy.
Please join us for a session on Pregnancy well-being and learn health practices recommended by Ayurveda, that are to be adopted during pregnancy concerning diet, exercise, and self-care for a relaxed pregnancy and smooth childbirth.
Couples planning to conceive will learn how to boost their fertility and reproductive health to carry a pregnancy to full term.
Fathers-to-be can understand how to support the pregnancy and influence the development of their unborn child.
Learn about the traditional Indian wisdom of Garbhasanskar, rooted in Ayurveda, and the knowledge that a child's mental and spiritual development begins in the womb, and by following these practices, parents can help shape the character and personality of their child from an early stage. "Garbha" means womb and "Sanskaar" means education or values.
The session will be conducted by certified Prenatal Yoga & Garbhasanskar teacher and Wellness Coach, Bhaswati Seal, who has been training pregnant women in Prenatal Yoga and pregnancy care in Bangalore for 18 years.
Individual - Rs.800. Couples Rs.1000.
