The Joy of Yoga Book Club Series invites yoga students to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice. Each multi-week series blends the traditions of yoga, including restorative postures, breath work and meditation with the transformative power of written works that inspire mindfulness, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. In each 60-minute session, we begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga and guided meditation designed to align with the themes of the chosen book, creating a peaceful and reflective space. The second half of the session is dedicated to group discussion, fostering connection as participants share insights and personal takeaways from the readings. Open to all levels, this book club offers a nurturing environment to expand your mind and spirit while exploring texts that elevate your understanding of yourself and the world. This Month's Book: Breath by James Nestor
