As winter settles in and the days grow shorter, our bodies naturally crave stillness, warmth, and quiet. This JourneyDance® is an invitation to honor that impulse — to melt into the sultry rhythm of winter, to rest, to breathe, and to explore the body’s natural wisdom.
Through gentle movement, music, and guided somatic exploration, we’ll create a space to fully embrace the cocoon energy: letting go of self-criticism, softening into the present moment, and awakening the subtle fire that glows beneath.
No choreography. No mirrors. No judgment.
Just music, breath, and your body’s truth.
You don’t need to “know how to dance.” Bring your curiosity, your breath, and a willingness to move in whatever way feels right — even if that means slow, tender, or curled-in movement. Together, we’ll honor the sensuality, softness, and depth of winter’s embrace.
