Victor will share the remarkable true story of his father, Lee F. Simmons, America's first African American Air Force One steward, whose journey from rural Alabama to serving four U.S. Presidents demonstrates the power of character, perseverance, and service.
He'll also introduce the companion book, Life Lessons from Air Force One: Growing Up Simmons, sharing the family values and lessons that shaped generations.
For leadership enthusiasts, Victor will also discuss insights from his award-winning leadership book, The Presence-Driven Leader, exploring why authentic leadership begins with presence rather than position.
