Jin Shin Jyutsu and the Art of Letting Go
About this Event
Meditation, movement, and the art of letting go.
An afternoon designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Learn a simple practice you can return to whenever you need to soften, release, and reset.
What to expect
We'll begin with a guided meditation to settle in. Then, Michelle Kuret will introduce you to Jin Shin Jyutsu — an ancient Japanese practice that uses gentle touch to release tension and restore balance. It's simple, practical, and something you'll take with you long after the workshop ends.
We'll close with time on your own Buddha board — a beautiful practice of painting with water on fabric that reveals, then quietly disappears. A perfect meditation on impermanence and the art of letting go. Your board and water brush are yours to take home.
