Carry Your Story: A Bookmark Purse & Journaling Retreat

A half day retreat to make something meaningful — and to begin a practice you'll carry everywhere.

What to expect

Guided by Brooke Lumbus and her sister Miranda Devai, you'll begin by designing your own bookmark purse — a beautiful, wearable canvas that carries the journal it was made to hold. Choose your stencils, paint your design, and make it entirely yours.

Then we'll turn to the journal itself. Brooke will guide us through the first pages — a gentle introduction to creative journaling as a daily practice. This is the beginning of our new Carry Your Story series: a slow, seasonal exploration of journaling as art, ritual, and self-reflection.

You'll leave with a completed bookmark purse, a journal you've already begun to fill, and a practice you can return to any time you want to slow down and listen to yourself.
