Jesuit Farewell Mass

After almost 140 years of spreading the Gospel in northern Alaska, the mission of the Society of Jesus will be coming to an end. In gratitude for their many years of service, join us for a farewell Mass and reception to offer thanksgiving to God for their missionary efforts and their cooperation with generations of Athabaskan, Yup’ik, Čup’ik, and Inupiat peoples, as well as the countless pioneers who helped to establish our churches and schools throughout Alaska. Mass will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by a reception in the school commons.
