January Reset: Flow & Connect in London

Join us for a slow Sunday designed to reset your body and mind. We’ll begin with Yoga and Pilates, led by teacher Annie Nicoll Baines, to gently awaken your strength, ease tension, and build mindful movement, then settle into a guided meditation to relax and set intention for the year ahead. The new location for Fison Fitness in Oval has space for cups of tea and we will provide some light refreshments after class so do stay and chat and connect with old friends or new. The yoga goes beyond the physical and into the community.
