January Pregnancy Circle

A monthly circle held in South Bristol for expectant mothers at every stage of pregnancy. This is a space to connect, share and build your village. Gently guided with activities to explore the journey of becoming a mother. Whether it is your first baby or you’ve birthed before, each baby brings new lessons and learnings.

There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss a range of topics welcomed by the group. Expect an opening circle, birth stories, talking space around themes of motherhood, creative opportunities to navigate the journey of pregnancy and a guided relaxation to close.

Tea and chocolates provided plus chance to join a WhatsApp group to continue the social dynamic. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket along to get cosy!
