January 2026 Foster Parent Pre-Service

A yes to fostering is the BEST yes! As a foster parent with Encourage, you will make a lasting impact for youth in foster care.

Encourage Foster Care provides 24-hour trauma-focused training to become a licensed foster parent during two power weekends (must attend all 4 sessions):

• Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026 • 9am-3pm
• Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026 • 1-7pm
• Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026 • 9am-3pm
• Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026 • 1-7pm

RSVP Required. Training will be held at Crossroads Church: 1188 Park Ave W, Mansfield, OH 44903.

Encourage Foster Care is a faith-based foster care agency. We recruit, train and license foster parents.
