What is Women’s Leadership Connection?
This series, designed especially with women in mind, is being hosted by the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Each month, we gather for a time of powerful networking, a motivational "TED-type" talk, as well as a chance to learn more about our community. Everyone is welcome to attend and we look forward to having you join us!
Program Day Contents:
Join us for an empowering session focused on using emotional intelligence to thrive in both life and career. This discussion will explore how women can leverage emotional awareness, communication, and other core strengths to navigate challenges, build confidence, and lead with purpose. Attendees will leave with practical tools and insights to apply immediately in their personal and professional lives.
Meet Our Speaker:
Randa Payne is General Counsel at Adena Corporation and Founder and CEO of Aim Construction Group. A Mansfield native and former college athlete, she holds a degree in Business Administration and earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating cum laude.
Randa serves as Chair-Elect of the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development and is actively involved on several local and regional boards, including workforce development, healthcare, and community leadership initiatives. She is passionate about leadership, service, and empowering others to succeed.
