Welcome to 2025! Join Us for the First Meetup of the Year!
We’re kicking off the new year on Monday, January 27th, from 5:30-8:30 PM, at Prismajic's brand new venue space, The Woods!
This year, we’re exploring new ways to connect by alternating between social gatherings and structured networking sessions—pending your input! Have an opinion? Share your thoughts in the community survey here ( https://forms.gle/z1HDYMgaSNFhENePA ) to help shape the future of our meetup series.
For January, though, we’re starting with the familiar: a casual, open-house-style gathering where you can catch up with the immersive community, make new connections, and hear the latest from those who attended NextStage earlier in the month.
Our community continues to grow, featuring artists and producers from a wide range of disciplines, including circus arts, site-specific dance, theater, haunts, magic, VR, installation art, museums, escape rooms, and more. If you’re involved in—or just curious about—experiential, interactive, or audience-centric arts, this is the perfect space to plug in and find your people.

Free to attend (donations accepted), but we encourage you to support our host venue by enjoying a cocktail, beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage with us!
