Luca‘s open level contemporary classes invite you to challenge your body, sharpen your awareness, and rediscover presence through movement. Through coordination-based exercises and playful movement, we’ll explore how to feel more connected—to ourselves, to space, and to the moment. “No experience needed. Just curiosity, a willingness to move, and maybe to laugh a little. Come for the fun. Leave with better reflexes, more body awareness—and hopefully, fewer stubbed toes.”
