Lois Steinberg

(Ph.D., CIYT 4, C-IAYT has nearly five decades of extensive studentship with the Iyengars at RIMYI in Pune. Lois is the director of Iyengar Yoga Champaign-Urbana in Illinois, USA. She is the author of numerous books and articles on yoga therapeutics, and has published five Iyegnar Yoga therapy books. She served on the IYNAUS board, the Certification Committee; she currently chairs the Therapy Committee and continues to serve as an assessor.
Pre-requisite:

at least 2 years of experience in the IYENGAR method, ability to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana. (If we don't know you pls introduce yourself briefly in your registration email.)
TIMING:

Friday 15:00-17:00
Saturday 09:00-12:00 and 16:00-18:00
Sunday 08:30-11:30

PRICE:
Early bird rate is available until 9 February 2025
Whole weekend: 180 EUR early bird or 210 EUR thereafter
