IT Skills for Absolute Beginners

Improve your everyday IT skills and become more confident with new technology by joining our IT sessions at the library.

Skills you can learn include: writing emails; basic printing and scanning; internet browsing and researching; online shopping; tablet and mobile phone management; file management and organisation; accessing library resources, such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, Pressreader, Libby and Ancestry UK; Microsoft Office packages; cloud-based document editing and sharing;basic troubleshooting; editing images as well as anything else you might need support with.

Attendance is free of charge. Anyone interested in attending will have to register for a 30 minute one-to-one slot either at the library main desk, by phoning us on 020 8246 6979 or by emailing us at [email protected]
