Experience the vibrant abundance of springtime on our Ireland Spring Soul Awakening yoga adventure. As the landscape bursts to life with vivid greens and blooming wildflowers, immerse yourself in the sights and scents of the season. This is the Ancient East — the Garden of Ireland, my homeland. This is my soul connection, and I want to share that connection with you.Walking the ancient hills, exploring my favorite hikes and places, visit my hometown of Greystones and stay in the heart of the mountains.
Tucked into the emerald folds of Co. Wicklow, Glendalough – meaning “valley of the two lakes” – is a place where time stands still. This sacred valley cradles ancient monastic ruins of Saint Kevin, round tower, still waters, and moss-covered forests, breathing an energy that is both grounding and transcendent. It’s a place that invites you to slow down and listen, not just to nature, but to your soul.
In additional this is a spa like experience, as our luxury resort has hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, small outdoor heated pool. On top of that is a private concert, sound healings, and of course the best of yoga

A serene sustainable Luxury Eco Hideaway, nestled in the heart of Glendalough Valley, County Wicklow, just an hour from Dublin and a short walk from the village of Laragh. 5 cottages spread around the property all with hot tubs, access to several saunas, cold plunges and small outdoor heated pool making this a spa like experience
Cosy dining room, known as the Shed, is the hub overlooking Wicklow National Park, with wood-fired stove and bar and an additional terrace.
The Barn and outdoor firepit is superb and rustic gathering space with wood-fired stove, sheepskin rugs, lounge area to hang our and enjoy craic agus ceoil (fun and music).
The Roundstone Yoga Studio a large circular space with river views and relaxation terrace. It blends in with nature with its use of materials and grass roof. Simply incredible. It’s fully stocked with yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps.
There will be twice daily yoga practice, meditations, breath work, sound healings, all expertly led by Elaine Yoga is all-levels and everything is optional
