H Fest

H Fest is a one-day immersive festival where women gather for laughter, healing and real human connection all experienced together, not from the sidelines.

This is not a conference.

Not a self-help seminar.

And not just a comedy show.

It’s a shared day of humour, wellbeing and powerful collective experience.

Across the day, you’ll move between laughter, release, reflection and connection through experiences including:

• Sound therapy

Everything is designed to be immersive where the audience, performers and facilitators share the space together.

No pressure.
