Healing Hikes

The event begins at 9:45am with a gentle 4.5m coastal walk along one of Wicklow’s most breathtaking cliff paths. Expect spectacular sea views, wide open landscapes, and a peaceful stop at a local seal sanctuary to fully take in the beauty of Ireland’s coastline.

At the cliff top, we’ll slow things down with a grounding cacao ceremony and gentle yoga session. We’ll then make our way down to the beach for breathwork and self-care coaching, finishing with an optional dip in the Irish Sea.

This is a beginner-friendly hike, suitable for anyone comfortable walking 3–4km.

Afterwards, we’ll head to Wicklow for a relaxed brunch (not included). Details will be shared by email in advance
