Ionic Fitness Monthly Community Workout Powered by lululemon

Join us the first Sunday of every month as we move and groove in person with Ionic Fitness. This event is all about energizing your body, connecting with fellow fitness enthusiasts and getting into the latest activewear by lululemon.

Get active, enjoy nature and connect with the SWFL community through an hour-long HIIT workout with dumbbells and/or slam balls. Modifications to workouts are included to encourage all fitness levels to join. This community shows up big, with 50+ strong regularly taking over Riverside Park with Ionic energy.
