Join Fit & Flow every Thursday at 6:30 PM at Hopsized Brewing for The Pilates Club, an all-levels Pilates class held outside on the covered patio, followed by a drink and a little time to unwind.
We provide the mats and props, so all you need to do is show up. After class, stick around and enjoy a complimentary drink from Hopsized Brewing. Choose from beer, sangria, or alcohol-free options.
