How to Schedule Your Appointment at AmeriHealth Caritas Mobile Mammogram Event:

• Enter the Event Name: AmeriHealth
• Select your event/schedule
• Choose an available time
• Click "Get Appointment"
• Complete the necessary patient information Or call 877.318.1349 for assistance.

Additional Details from Invision Diagnostics:

• All services are processed through the patient's insurance, so there is no cost to you. *Note: Insurance typically covers one annual mammogram, 366 days from the previous mammogram.
• Our self-pay fee is $200, covering the entire service, including the radiologist’s report. The patient will not receive any additional bills. We accept cash, card, or Venmo payments on the date of service.
• Eligibility: Women over 35 who haven’t had a mammogram in the past year. Women aged 35-39 are eligible for one mammogram within those years, and women aged 40 and over are eligible annually. *Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage if you are under 40.

Important Notes:

• The mobile unit is not handicap accessible. Patients must be able to navigate 3 stairs.
• Images are compared to previous year’s scans and read by a Breast Fellowship Board Certified Radiologist, with results sent to the patient’s primary care provider.
• Patients can expect results within 2-3 weeks, though this may vary depending on prior images.
• Mammograms typically take around 15 minutes to complete.

If any patients are experiencing pain, swelling, lumps, or other symptoms, we recommend they schedule an appointment with their primary healthcare provider for assessment and next steps.
