This February, join studio owner and teacher Randy Loftis for a focused, 5-day evening intensive inspired by his recent studies in Pune, India. This week of practice is thoughtfully sequenced to build day by day, supporting strength, clarity, steadiness, and renewal as the week unfolds.
Each evening (6:00–8:00 pm), we’ll explore a different theme from standing poses and forward extensions to backbends, core integration, and restorative practice with pranayama, designed to offer a complete and deeply nourishing arc of study. All students are welcome to attend in person, and experienced Iyengar Yoga practitioners may also participate virtually.
🌿 Bonus: All in-person participants (and practicing Iyengar Yoga students) are invited to enjoy Open Practice each morning from 9:00 am–12:00 pm at no additional cost, offering space to reflect, explore, and integrate the work.
Whether you’re a long-time practitioner, a teacher or trainee, or simply feeling ready to recommit to steady practice, this immersive week offers a meaningful way to go deeper—right here in Asheville or from afar.
